A Client Onboarding Senior Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end process of account services for EMEA clients. The role requires engagement with both clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate the full documentation cycle, which includes tailoring, issuance, validation, and execution as required for account opening and account maintenance. The role will include management of complex projects where a single client has a requirement to open or maintain accounts globally.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system set‑ups
  • Focus on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, as well as delivering excellent customer service and resolution of customer issues
  • Perform day-to-day management of account opening and maintenance processing, including daily management of in-process, pended, and service‑related activities, ensuring account opening requirements are clearly defined for all scenarios of account opening and maintenance
  • Accountable for various types of project management in the account services space and for managing cross‑functional relationships with all teams
  • Determine new work procedures and analyze complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact
  • Understand client requirements and ensure adequate support to new customer requirements and initiatives
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service levels and drive process changes; provide innovative solutions to clients, ensuring a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls
  • Establish risk management practices and maintain a culture of risk and controls within the team through various processes and checkpoints; identify means to reduce transaction defects (internal and external)

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance; experience with cash products is an asset
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken); additional proficiency in a European language is a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of diligence, motivation, and organizational skills
  • Project management skills, including financial cost management, will be an advantage
  • Advanced execution skills in a prioritization mode combined with the capability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to partner with businesses and other support functions at senior levels in setting strategy and priorities, thriving under pressure and converting risk into opportunity
  • Readiness to work during public holidays on a rotational basis
