Grants and Procurement Specialist (F/M/N)

Your responsibilities

• Oversee grant compliant procurement procedures, documentation flow and archiving
• Support internal business reporting, identify risks and propose mitigation actions
• Prepare financial and coordinate scientific reports for funding institutions
• Work with external grant advisors and represent the company in interactions with funding institutions
• Support audits and inspections
• Ensure full compliance with funding institutions regulations and internal grant procedures
• Improve internal procurement standards and drive process excellence
• Lead the full procurement cycle: needs assessment, market analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, delivery oversight and reporting
• Coordinate purchasing for R&D, scientific, clinical, laboratory, as well as administrative needs
• Conduct price and contract negotiations; build long term supplier partnerships

Our requirements

• Preferably 2–3+ years of experience in procurement or grant funded project operations
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and cross functionally in a fast paced biotech environment
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Communicative, detail oriented, proactive — with a “let’s solve it” attitude
