Your responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the end-to-end PTP process within a recently established and fast-growing SSC.
• Support the stabilization of recently transitioned processes, identifying and resolving pain points in collaboration with area Team Leaders, local business units and global stakeholders.
• Participate in building short and long-term process standardization, harmonization, and automation agenda to ensure efficiency and scalability of SSC processes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements (leveraging Lean/Six Sigma methodologies).
• Propose and drive initiatives in accordance with standardization plan and lead assigned projects.
• Support global projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Area Leads, Transitions & Improvements Manager, Global Corporate Finance, IT, and regional teams) to smoothly implement process changes and tools in PTP.
• Support process documentation, and if needed provide training to team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of PTP / OTC process with minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably within a Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in process creation, transitions, or improvements is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (relevant experience in D365 is beneficial but not mandatory).
• Working knowledge of other PTP tools.
• Demonstrated project management experience with strong interest in leading initiatives independently.
• Familiarity with process documentation, SOP creation, and training delivery.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong, independent, structured, and proactive work style, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm for work
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel several times a year
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
