QA Engineer

Minimum 5 years in a dedicated quality assurance role within a complex manufacturing environment (automotive, aerospace, heavy industry, or energy)Bachelor's degree in Quality disciplineValid and current ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certificate.Demonstrated ability to manage and execute the PPAP process and practical application of FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA within the APQP framework.Proven ability to lead a formal 8D investigation from initiation to closure, including the application of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa).Competency in interpreting SPC charts (X-bar & R, I-MR), differentiating between common and special cause variation, and using SPC data to drive process improvements.Very good English and Polish language both verbally and writing The main scope of the Quality Department is both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in terms of creating and supporting procedures, policy, instructions, standards, records. In other words, they are responsible for delivering a product that meet specifications. In collaboration with the Quality Manager and the support functions you must ensure that the quality controls are conducted according to the control plan, that non-conformities are identified and that appropriate corrective measures are taken, while keeping a secure and safe work environment.
