Responsibilities

• Overall management of the production process in the subordinate department.
• Timely implementation of the production plan.
• Ensuring adequate production efficiency and quality in the subordinate department.
• Organising and improving production processes to increase efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Close cooperation with other departments of the company, including international colleagues.
• Participating in meetings with customers and suppliers (mainly foreign contacts).
• Reporting KPI indicators.
• Knowledge of and compliance with health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection and labour code regulations.

Requirements

• High skills related to team building and management (approximately 3–5 years).
• Higher education (technical and/or production management).
• Practical knowledge of the organisation and improvement of production processes.
• Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office.
