Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, roles, and objectives.
  • Safety
  • Implement safety procedures and address safety risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor.
  • Administer first aid as needed and promptly report irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.
  • Customer Service
  • Welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and provide exceptional service.
  • Address passenger needs, manage difficult situations, and contribute to onboard sales and charity initiatives.
  • Securely handle cash and credit card payments.
  • Operations
  • Conduct pre-flight checks, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and oversee cabin transitions.
  • Complete post-flight reports, evaluate performance and account for passenger conduct.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain professional development and contribute to the team goals.

Requirements

  • Age: 20-30 years (without experience); up to 33 years (experienced)
  • Height: Minimum 160 cm (female), 170 cm (male)
  • Weight: Proportionate to age and height
  • Appearance: Clear skin, no visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Physical Fitness: Medically fit for cabin crew duties, ability to swim with flotation device
  • Education:
    • Diploma or higher secondary certificate (travel/tourism preferred)
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Training: First aid, safety, and emergency procedures (advantageous)
  • Health: Fit to fly, no serious medical conditions
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic preferred)
  • Experience: Previous cabin crew or customer service experience (advantageous), active cabin crew license (advantageous)
  • Adaptability: Ability to work shifts, extended hours, and handle frequent changes.
  • Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet targets and follow procedures.
