Accountant PtP (Accounts Payable) (m/f)

Eurofins seeks an accountant for its Procure-to-Pay department in Katowice to process invoices, employee expenses, and supplier payments. The role includes month-end closing participation, compliance oversight, and process improvement initiatives within an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, employee expenses, and credit card statements accurately and timely
• Manage supplier communications, resolve queries, and execute payments
• Investigate and cleanse aged creditors and debit balances from supplier accounts
• Support month-end financial closing activities and audit documentation preparation
• Participate in process improvement projects and maintain current procedural documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
• Experience in finance sector, preferably within BPO or shared service centers
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken
• Strong organizational abilities, reliability, and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in team environments
