Your Job

Your task: Together with the team, you will develop a service provider landscape with standardized contracts and procedures and manage that efficiently. You will be significantly involved in setting up a standardized partner network that provides flexibility in offering different locations, languages and is adaptable in handling volumes. You will be part of performing tender processes on a regular basis and are familiar with their monitoring. Moreover, you drive process simplification and standardization.

Your contribution: With the responsibility to define standardized contracts and establish a target process to set requirements for the service providers you will actively shape the future of the international CCM matrix organization.

Your environment: CCM is an international matrix organization. You will work in an international setting with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland. Monitoring costs and changes, you will collaborate regularly with our accounting and controlling departments and will also have interfaces to the purchasing department to discuss tender topics and the development of our external service providers.

Your Qualifications

You have successfully completed your studies or an apprenticeship with a commercial focus.

You are experienced in international partner management; negotiations are not new to you. Also, you are used to working with external providers and know how to manage the interplay of goal achievement and cost efficiency on an international level.

You have a minimum B2-level English proficiency and very good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. You also have very good analytical and cost management skills.

You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup. You thrive to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment. You are enthusiastic and able to deal with conflicts in a positive and constructive way.
