Your responsibilities

  • After a period of internal training and guidance, you will gradually take the lead on projects from design through to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • You study and execute projects within the agreed timelines and budgets.
  • You design and dimension technical installations (MEP) in close collaboration with the project manager, the design project leader and other engineers.
  • You prepare cost estimates
  • You coordinate the integration of various specialist systems to ensure an optimal result.
  • You take part in meetings with architects, clients and project managers.
  • You supervise projects on site during the construction phase.
  • You represent CES in a professional way towards clients and partners.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
  • You contribute to the internal growth and knowledge sharing within CES.
  • You keep your technical knowledge up to date through relevant training

Our requirements

  • You combine a solid technical background with a hands-on mindset and a strong drive to deliver smart, sustainable solutions.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s (Licencjat) of Master’s (Magister) degree in Electromechanics, Engineering (installation technology or construction), or have built up equivalent expertise through experience.
  • You’re interested in innovation, rational energy use and sustainable construction.
  • You are driven by the quest for innovative, sustainable and perfectly tailored technical solutions.
  • You work in a structured way, listen well and take responsibility.
  • You can work independently, but feel just as comfortable in a team.
  • You’re eager to learn and keep up with new developments in your field.
  • You communicate easily and understand the commercial side of projects.
  • You’re familiar with the different phases of a project and how they connect.
  • You manage your time well and respect deadlines.
  • You work smoothly with MS Office suite.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
