Skills required:
7+ years of experience in UX Research using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics or similar).
Strong expertise in planning and conducting end-to-end user research.
Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics tools.
Experience with benchmarking and product analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude).
Experience researching complex B2B products.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple research initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Experience working in global, distributed teams.
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
Background in highly technical product environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives that support product strategy and design decisions.
Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, benchmarking studies and persona development.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights, journey maps, reports and presentations.
Translate research outcomes into recommendations that influence product strategy and business decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering and Business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Incorporate technical and business requirements into research planning and execution.
Advocate for user-centered design and promote research-driven decision making across the organization.
Present research findings to stakeholders and facilitate workshops to align teams around user needs.
