Co-Founder & Head of Delivery

Booster, a small AI-native agency from Wrocław, seeks a founding member to join as a co-founder and help shape the company from within. Over the next 2–3 years we plan to scale at least tenfold, delivering client work with high autonomy and minimal management layers.

You will own delivery outcomes, lead end-to-end projects, manage client relationships, and help build repeatable processes that scale without adding headcount. Equity is on the table for the right candidate.
