Your responsibilities, Packaging applications (MSI, EXE) for distribution via Microsoft Intune,, Creating .intunewin packages using the Microsoft Win32 Content Prep Tool,, Defining installation and uninstallation routines as well as detection rules,, Planning, testing, and rolling out software packages,, Maintaining and updating existing applications,, Analyzing and resolving incidents related to client software,, Troubleshooting installation and runtime issues,, Evaluating logs and performing root cause analyses,, Supporting 1st Level Support with more complex technical issues,, Communicating with software providers and internal stakeholders to resolve application-related issues,, Documenting packaging, solutions, and support processes,, Contributing to the optimization of software deployment and support processes,, Supporting software testing and quality assurance activities.

Education – degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification,, Experience – experience in software packaging and IT support,, Technical knowledge – Microsoft Intune, Windows Installer (MSI), silent installations and software deployment processes,, Strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems,, Expertise in application packaging and deployment (MSI, EXE, Intune),, Analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes,, Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively,, Scripting skills – experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages would be an advantage,, ITIL Foundation Certificate would be an advantage,, Language skills – good knowledge of English (min. B2; C1 is a plus) and German (B2).
