ENGIE Poland is looking for a candidate for the position of: HR Performance Analyst (f/m) Location: Katowice or Warsaw Job Description: The HR Performance Analyst is a part of POS team (Processes, Organization and Systems) and plays a key role in aligning HR processes, organizational structures, and systems with ENGIE Group standards, ensuring greater consistency, integration, and operational excellence across the organization. The role is responsible for driving compliance with HR standards, improving HR data quality and governance, supporting digital HR transformation, and providing people insights that enable informed business decisions. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, the POS Partner contributes to the continuous improvement of HR operations while balancing Group requirements with local business needs. Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation and compliance with Group HR standards, policies, and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes.
- Manage HR data quality, organizational structures, and position management within HR systems.
- Support the deployment and adoption of HR digital tools and system enhancements.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide workforce insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for key stakeholders.
- Support HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve HR operations and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Processes, HRIS, HR Analytics, or HR Transformation.
- Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, data management, and reporting.
- Experience with HR analytics and digital tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Ability to drive process improvements and support organizational change.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or process improvement methodologies.
- Certifications related to HRIS, digital transformation, analytics, or project management.
