Which Balcia insurance subscription are you?
As a Sales & Administration Support Specialist at Balcia, you’ll keep our sales processes running smoothly - supporting agents, managing documentation, and ensuring everything stays compliant and perfectly organized.
Get ready to:
- provide administrative support for Balcia Insurance sales processes, assisting agents and business partners in line with KNF requirements and insurance distribution regulations,
- register agents in internal and external (regulatory) systems,
- manage sales documentation, including agent agreements, annexes, and other administrative files,
maintain and update intermediary databases in Balcia’s internal systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy,
monitor compliance of sales activities with supervisory regulations and Balcia’s internal standards,
offer ongoing substantive and technical support to agents and sales teams,
deliver administrative support for the sales department,
maintain regular communication with partner agencies cooperating with Balcia Insurance,
ensure smooth information and documentation flow between departments,
support day-to-day sales and organizational processes.
To fit here you'll need:
experience in administration, sales, or the insurance/financial industry,
knowledge of insurance distribution rules and KNF requirements - an advantage,
the ability to work with documentation and large volumes of data,
accuracy, strong organizational skills, and independence,
proficiency in MS Office tools and sales systems (comparison platforms and insurance company systems),
communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
