About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Account Director, Agency Development Poland & Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), based in Warsaw, to lead and grow our strategic relationships with major agency holding groups, leading media agencies, and key demand partners across Poland and selected CEE markets.

This role is focused on establishing ConnectAd as a preferred SSP partner within agency ecosystems, driving long-term partnerships and measurable revenue growth through programmatic deal strategies, curated marketplaces, and supply-side innovation.

This position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

In this role you will

  • Own and develop senior relationships with agency holding groups and key media agencies across Poland and CEE
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to programmatic, investment, and trading teams
  • Drive measurable revenue growth through PMP deals, curated marketplaces, supply strategy optimisation, and SPO initiatives
  • Build, manage, and grow a high-value agency pipeline with clear conversion into revenue
  • Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements with agencies and demand partners
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies across agency portfolios and regional markets
  • Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across formats, buying models, and verticals
  • Strengthen ConnectAd’s position as a trusted SSP partner for transparent and efficient programmatic buying
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, publisher development, operations, and product teams to deliver partner-focused solutions
  • Deliver business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting tied to revenue outcomes
  • Represent ConnectAd at industry events, agency meetings, and senior stakeholder engagements across Poland and CEE

Success in this role will be measured by

  • Revenue growth across assigned agency portfolio in Poland and CEE
  • Quarterly and annual achievement against agency development and demand growth targets
  • Volume, activation rate, and performance of PMP and curated marketplace deals
  • Share of agency spend routed through ConnectAd
  • Number, quality, and depth of strategic agency partnerships established
  • Pipeline quality, conversion rate, and deal velocity
  • Expansion of ConnectAd’s demand footprint across priority CEE markets
  • Contribution to overall regional demand growth
  • 8+ years experience in programmatic advertising, SSP/DSP partnerships, agency sales, or digital media partnerships
  • Strong, established network within agency holding groups, media agencies, and trading teams in Poland
  • Relevant relationships or market knowledge across Central and Eastern Europe
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic commercial partnerships
  • Deep understanding of RTB, PMPs, curated marketplaces, SPO, and programmatic deal structures
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build market presence and revenue momentum
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance insights into commercial growth
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Polish
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus (Base salary: 255.000 - 350.000 PLN per year, depending on experience)
