Advise PPG Procurement & Supply Chain Teams across all EMEA business units, where needed in collaboration with the legal counsel of the respective business unit;
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with applicable laws and internal company’s policies and procedures while facilitating the achievement of procurement and business objectives;
Provide legal support in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements to include supply and purchase agreements, services and transport agreements, consignment agreements, subcontract agreements, lease agreements, NDA’s, SOW, LOI etc.
Advise on and manage technical and commercial claims and disputes.
Actively collaborate with company external legal partners for specific matters requiring subject matter expertise or support in litigation or arbitration matters in various countries.
Work closely with procurement, supply chain, logistics and operations teams and the EMEA Legal and Compliance team to integrate legal considerations into business strategies, including sourcing strategies, supplier consolidation initiatives and cost-optimization projects.

Qualified lawyer in an EMEA jurisdiction.
Minimum 5 years of PQE experience, as an in-house counsel and/or at a reputable law firm.
Expertise in the manufacturing, industrial or chemical sector is an advantage.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Ability to solve problems creatively and take a proactive approach to legal challenges.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
