Senior SAP FSM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of field service processes within the SAP landscape. You will configure SAP FSM, work on integrations with SAP S/4HANA via the Proaxia Connector, and collaborate with business and technical teams in an international environment. Work Mode: 100% Remote Timezone: EMEA region (EU Citizenship / Work Permit required) Start Date: Q4 2026 Duration: 12 months (with extension potential) Engagement Model: B2B Job Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design solutions within SAP Field Service Management Configure SAP FSM, including Master Data, Workflows, and Smartforms Design and optimize end-to-end field service processes, including service call intake, planning and dispatching, mobile execution, service confirmation, and billing handover Develop and enhance SAP FSM extensions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and the FSM Shell SDK Configure and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP FSM using the Proaxia Connector Perform data mapping, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot integration issues Prepare functional and configuration documentation Support testing activities, rollouts, deployments, and post-go-live support Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP consultants to deliver high-quality solutions Expectations In-depth knowledge of the field service execution process: service call intake, planning and dispatching, mobile execution, confirmation and billing hand-over. Proficiency in FSM configuration (master data, workflows, Smartforms) and extension app development (JavaScript/TypeScript, FSM Shell SDK). Hands-on experience with the Proaxia connector for S/4HANA–FSM data exchange, setup, mapping, and error analysis. Demonstrated experience in at least two FSM implementations or rollouts.
