YOUR ROLE

As the Process Modelling Consultant, you will be responsible to codify and capture the various process assets from the Capgemini Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGPM) and all client variances within Business Optix, SAP Signavio or similar platforms to deliver a new DGEM repository with ERP and sector-specific derivatives, as well as to enable these models for Digital Twin. In this role, you will also be responsible for process modeling across various pillars and libraries.

YOUR TASKS

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including execution of DGEM library content development, enhancement, or extension.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with DGEM Global Process Owner, senior management and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Monitor projects continuously, identify risks and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Act as escalation point for issues and manage compliance, contingency and risks.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of Project Management processes.
• Collaborate with modeling tools owners and vendors (Business Optix, SAP Signavio) on improvements and support.
• Support sales processes with process modeling expertise.
• Act as administrator for DGEM libraries in Business Optix and SAP Signavio.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in business process modeling and understanding of BPMN 2.0.
• Knowledge of modeling tools such as Business Optix and/or SAP Signavio.
• Experience in leading project workstreams and delivering outcomes.
• Ability to structure work packages and contribute expert knowledge.
• Interest in improving modeling environments and collaborating with developers.
• Understanding of digital twin, process mining, process design and modeling concepts.
• Industry process knowledge is a plus.
