We are looking for: Business Analyst – Tax & Systems Migration

Skills required:

4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.

Experience in system migration, transformation, or enterprise implementation projects.

Strong skills in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements.

Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.

Good understanding of system integrations and dependencies.

Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent English communication skills.

Experience working with international business and technical teams.

Nice to have:

Experience in Corporate Tax / CIT.

Knowledge of Thomson Reuters OneSource.

Experience in Tax Technology or Tax Transformation projects.

Background in Finance, Tax, or Compliance.

Experience with workflow and process automation solutions.

Responsibility:

Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.

Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external solution providers.

Analyse existing systems, processes, and technical environments.

Map functional requirements and dependencies between systems.

Support the migration from OneSource Legacy to NextGen OneSource.

Analyse and document integrations between applications supporting tax processes.

Participate in solution definition, testing, and implementation activities.

Identify and monitor risks, dependencies, and potential issues related to the migration.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Support the transition to the new platform and ensure business requirements are properly reflected in the solution.
