Project Engineer - MEP Systems (HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing / Sprinklers)

CES POLAND

Project Engineer – MEP Systems (HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing / Sprinklers)

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • At CES, you are not a link in a chain. You are the owner of your project. After a period of internal training and guidance, you take the lead and carry projects from the first idea to the final handover.
  • Be the contact person between the client and our internal specialist teams. You start in your own discipline and gradually grow towards all techniques.
  • Own the project from start to finish, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
  • Shape the design and concept of the building. You develop and dimension the technical installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and make the choices that determine how a building performs.
  • Work hand in hand with our internal drawing and design office (2D and BIM/Revit). You translate your concept into drawings, and you steer and review the result.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and the design project leader, and integrate all systems into one coherent whole.
  • Prepare cost estimates and keep the budget under control.
  • Be the face of CES in meetings with architects, clients and project managers, and build lasting relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
  • Supervise your project on site during construction and follow it up to the final delivery.
  • Share knowledge within CES and keep your expertise up to date through training.

Our requirements

  • You combine a solid technical background with a hands-on mindset and a strong drive to deliver smart, sustainable solutions.
  • You hold a Bachelor's (Licencjat) or Master's (Magister) degree in Electromechanics or Engineering (building services, installation technology or construction), or you have built equivalent expertise through experience.
  • Knowledge of Polish building regulations and standards
  • You are driven by innovation, rational energy use and sustainable construction.
  • You work in a structured way, listen well and take responsibility.
  • You work independently, but you are just as comfortable in a team.
  • You communicate easily and understand the commercial side of a project.
  • Good understanding of the project phases, from concept to delivery
  • You manage your time well and respect deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English and Polish and are comfortable with MS Office.

Optional

  • AutoCAD or Revit experience.
  • Polish professional qualifications (uprawnienia budowlane) for design or full coverage in one or more disciplines

What we offer

  • A role with real ownership: your own projects, your own clients.
  • Training across all disciplines, with guidance from experienced colleagues, and a clear path from specialist to all-round project engineer.
  • The chance to help build CES in Poland from the ground up, in a team with a strong vision and room for your ideas.
  • Opportunities to grow in energy efficiency and sustainable construction.
  • Work on projects with real impact.
  • A competitive salary package, aligned with your experience, plus additional benefits

What makes this role different

You are not a drafter, and you are not locked into one discipline. You start from your own technical strength, and with our internal training and your growing experience you become an all-round engineer: someone who understands all building techniques and is the single point of contact between the client and our internal teams. You own your project from the first concept to the final handover.

You don't need to be an all-rounder on day one. We build that together.
