EHS / Environmental, Health & Safety Consultants

Summary: This role primarily focuses on providing expert consultation in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to enhance organizational compliance and safety management within the SAP environment. Main Responsibilities: Configure and manage SAP EHS modules to meet organizational needs. Oversee incident reporting, hazard identification, and risk assessments. Integrate EHS systems with HR and Plant Maintenance modules effectively. Manage environmental compliance reporting and substance management processes. Ensure tracking of safety training and certifications. Maintain understanding of EHS regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Key Requirements: 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP EHS consulting. Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications. Proven track record of supporting large-scale EHS implementations. Ability to create root cause analysis for safety and compliance issues. Strong communication skills with business users. Capacity to understand business requirements from a client's perspective. Nice to Have: Experience with help manuals and test scripts. Ability to work effectively in group settings and cooperate with colleagues. Results-oriented mindset and full ownership of assigned tasks. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and expectations simultaneously. Robust fundamental knowledge in EHS domain areas.
