About the project

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional to take ownership of business-critical billing, invoicing, revenue, and finance-related processes within a global enterprise environment. In this role, you will act as a senior functional leader, driving the design, support, and continuous improvement of end-to-end order-to-cash solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient business operations while supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and modern technology adoption.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end order-to-cash, billing, and invoicing processes
• Configure and support sales, pricing, tax, delivery, billing, and revenue-related functionalities
• Drive initiatives related to intercompany transactions, financial reconciliation, and process integration
• Ensure effective integration between commercial processes and finance operations, including receivables, payables, and accounting
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate testing, and support deployments
• Provide advanced application support, perform root-cause analysis, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP solutions in billing, sales, distribution, or finance-related domains
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Sales Order Management, Deliveries, PGI (Post Goods Issue), Billing & Invoicing, pricing, taxation, revenue management, and related business processes
• Hands-on experience with solution configuration, process design, system integrations, master data management, and business partner processes
• Proven involvement in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or transformation projects within international organizations
• Experience supporting testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), production environments, and higher-level application support
• Fluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office
