We are seeking a Senior Backend Enginee r to design and build core services for a modern enterprise security platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement threat‑detection capabilities using deep Active Directory and Entra ID expertise to monitor and analyze security threats in hybrid environments.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to the design of scalable backend services for on-premise and SaaS environments (future), participating in decisions on architecture, scalability, and integration.
• Integrate identity‑security and data‑security capabilities across related product areas.
• Promote and optimize AI use to accelerate development and enhance threat detection, anomaly identification, and predictive analytics with focus on accuracy and interpretability.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to align technical work with business needs.
• Support the growth of junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing, while helping to foster a culture of innovation and security-first thinking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience with a focus on enterprise software, experience designing and delivering high quality, highly scalable, extensible on-premise enterprise software
• Strong background in distributed, modular and event‑driven architectures with proficiency in modern OOP languages and designing RESTful and asynchronous APIs.
• High‑performance database experience including PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.
• Active Directory knowledge relevant to enterprise identity and access scenarios.
• Experience with enterprise software development frameworks such as .NET (.NET Core / .NET), Java Spring, or similar
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, or other identity management solutions.
• SaaS product development experience, including security best practices
• Experience developing products that can run on-premises and in SaaS environments
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with threat detection methodologies, SIEM concepts, security frameworks and  machine learning applications in threat detection.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
