Your responsibilities

• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and review recovery plans in case of delays.
• Attend supervision meetings
• Assess technical changes and their potential impact on schedule and future plant performance.
• Verify compliance with construction-related payment milestones and supporting documentation.
• Supervise key construction issues that may affect project execution.
• Monitor compliance with the Project Quality Plan and follow up on the issuance and closure of non-conformities.
• Oversee construction and equipment installation quality in line with market standards and the EPC Contractor’s QA Program.
• Verify quality tests for critical works, including foundations, electrical connections, and mechanical assemblies.

Our requirements

• Experience in site supervision of utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly, quality control, and project schedule monitoring.
• Ability to assess technical deviations, schedule claims, and scope changes.
• Organized, proactive, and client-oriented profile.
• Fluent English required.

We are looking to hire a Site Expert; this person would represent ATA on these two projects full-time alongside our technical team based in Seville, Spain. Senior Manager from the office will also visit the site one weeks per month.

We need someone to join us as soon as possible for a minimum of one year, with the possibility of new projects once this one is completed.
