Product Specialist/Junior (f/m)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Product Specialist  to support our Product Team in managing travel products and ensuring smooth communication with our partners and customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Answering incoming emails and messages 

• Working with and updating our booking system

• Helping explain product-related questions and doubts 

• Working with destinations: Egypt and Spain 

• Reporting to the Product Manager 

What we expect from you:

• Good level of English, both spoken and written 

• Ability to think analytically 

• Interest in trends in the travel market 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Openness to occasional business travel 

• Good communication skills and ability to organize your work 

• Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in the product team
