As an Intune & Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will join our Professional Services team, delivering international IT infrastructure migrations, transformations and carve-out projects. This is a project-focused role, where you will work across different customer environments, build and configure Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions, and support migrations from initial discovery through implementation and cutover. Unlike traditional administration roles, this position focuses primarily on project delivery rather than day-to-day environment maintenance. The role is primarily remote, with occasional business travel to customer locations in Poland and abroad during selected project phases. At cloudatus, you will: Participate in international IT infrastructure migration, transformation and carve-out projects. Analyze existing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Modern Workplace environments, identifying technical dependencies and migration requirements. Take part in technical discovery sessions and workshops with customer IT teams. Build, configure and implement Microsoft 365 tenants and Modern Workplace environments. Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment. Implement Windows Autopilot for large-scale device provisioning, deployment and migration. Support endpoint migrations between existing and newly created IT environments. Configure and migrate Microsoft Entra ID, identities and access configurations. Participate in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant and on-premises-to-cloud migrations. Support migrations of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. Prepare, test and deploy application packages and security configurations through Intune. Use PowerShell scripting to automate configuration, deployment and migration activities. Participate in migration and cutover activities, including implementation, testing, troubleshooting and validation. Identify technical risks, dependencies and potential migration blockers, proposing practical solutions. Cooperate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security and other engineering teams during complex transformation projects. Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, migration procedures and handover materials. Work directly with international customers, vendors and technical stakeholders, including on-site project activities when required. Required technical and professional expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. Practical experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment. Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning or migration. Experience with application packaging and deployment through Intune. Good understanding of identity and access management, device compliance and endpoint security. Experience working with hybrid and cloud-only Microsoft environments. Practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation. Good understanding of technical dependencies between identities, endpoints, applications and Microsoft 365 services. Strong analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting skills and a practical approach to solving technical problems. Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical activities and adapt to different customer environments. Good communication skills and confidence in working directly with customer technical teams. Willingness to travel to customer locations in Poland and abroad when required by the project. English language skills at minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication with international customers and technical teams. Nice to have: Experience in Microsoft 365 migration, transformation or IT carve-out projects. Practical experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. Experience migrating users, identities and endpoints between organizations or Microsoft 365 tenants. Experience with Exchange Online mailbox migrations and migration of Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. Hands-on experience with migration tools such as Quest, ShareGate or BitTitan. Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID migrations, synchronization and hybrid identity environments. Knowledge of Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft 365 security configurations. Experience building and configuring new Microsoft 365 tenants from scratch. Experience with large-scale endpoint migrations and Windows Autopilot deployments. Experience working with multi-site or international enterprise environments. Participation in technical workshops, implementation projects or customer-facing migration activities. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102, MS-102, SC-300). German language skills.
