About the project, We are seeking an experienced Senior S/4HANA Services Consultant to join our SAP delivery team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, process optimization, and solution design across core modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM, SD, PP), or Service Management (CS/SM/PM)., You will play a key role in leading client engagements, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Your responsibilities, Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support., Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose innovative, best-practice solutions aligned with business requirements., Act as the primary functional expert for S/4HANA processes within your domain (Finance, Supply Chain, or Services)., Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery., Facilitate workshops, user training, and change management initiatives to support successful system adoption., Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations., Stay current with SAP roadmap developments, updates, and industry trends., Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SAP practice.

10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations., Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems., Expertise in one or more functional areas: Service Management (CS/SM/PM, Field Service, Customer Service), Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM), Finance (FI/CO) optional., Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations., Experience with Activate methodology and agile delivery practices., Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills., SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or related module preferred.

Optional, Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, RAPM, PROAXIA, etc.)., Familiarity with integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Management)., Hands-on Fiori and analytics exposure., Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
