Lead Flutter Developer

We are looking for a skilled Lead Flutter Developer .

IMPORTANT : This position is office-based for our office in Warsaw, Poland. We can provide relocation assistance if you are outside the city or country.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring smooth operations and goal attainment.
• Take ownership of maintaining our current app portfolio and help drive the move toward a new architecture.
• Improve how the team works: contribute to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations.
• Review code regularly, share feedback, and help team members grow through coaching and support.
• Make architectural decisions and keep our solutions aligned with business and tech needs.
• Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a development team or playing a senior role with team responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development (Flutter required; Android and/or iOS nice to have).
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform‑specific best practices.
• Experience working with REST APIs and sockets.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, especially around async programming (Streams, RxDart).
• At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play).
• Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable code and helping others write it too.
