About the project
Our DevOps Team supports the development process for internal and external projects. They are responsible for creating the infrastructure (on-premise and cloud solutions, containers), the configuration of application servers, databases. They also define the software development process with DevOps automation tools. On external project, DevOps work closely with the customer, based on their requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Take part in cloud migration and containerization projects – moving environments to AWS/Azure and to container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Build, extend, and optimize CI/CD pipelines around these migrations.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code
- Contribute to internal and external projects, supporting the design, configuration, automation, and maintenance of IT environments – exact stack depends on the project.
- Support the adoption of DevOps practices and culture in client and internal projects.
- Contribute to environment management improvements aimed at cost optimization and increased automation.
- Work as part of an agile delivery team, collaborating directly with clients on external projects, and pair with more experienced engineers when a project’s scope goes beyond your current expertise.
- Get an early look at how we’re starting to explore AI in DevOps practices.
Our requirements
- 2-4 years of commercial experience in DevOps technologies.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or similar) and cloud migration projects.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools
- Knowledge of at least one CI/CD tool and experience automating the software delivery process (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Argo CD or similar).
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows administration.
- Adaptability and willingness to quickly get up to speed on new tools and technology stacks depending on the client and project.
- Good command of English, at least B2/C1.
- Interest in long-term development within IT infrastructure/DevOps.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Full-time availability.
- Ability to work in the European Union.
Optional
- Fluency in French or German
- Interest in AI and experience building AI agents.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Groovy, Python).
- Experience with WebLogic and other Oracle technologies.
- Knowledge of database administration (Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Basic knowledge of SQL
