Recruitment Specialist

Vector Synergy is an outsourcing company supporting public sector clients, including NATO and the EU, by providing highly skilled experts for international projects. Our consultants hold NATO Secret Security Clearance, enabling them to contribute to projects at classified and highly sensitive levels. 

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Sourcing passive candidates using various methods (direct search, networking events, job fairs, referrals) and developing new sourcing channels 

• Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes 

• Conducting behavioural interviews in English 

• Working within strict deadlines and KPI-driven environments 

• Continuously building and expanding a pipeline of candidates with active security clearance 

• Recommending qualified candidates for contracts across Europe 

• Explaining and negotiating contract conditions 

• Managing full recruitment documentation in cooperation with candidates 

• Updating candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 

• Maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process 

• Close cooperation with the delivery team 

Requirements

Skills and attributes for success: 

• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle IT / Cyber Security recruitment, including sourcing passive candidates via social media and industry networking 

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) 

• University degree (preferably in Psychology or a related field) 

• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-volume environments 

• Strong sense of responsibility – we support critical government and defence-related projects 

• Perseverance in handling demanding recruitment processes in niche talent markets. 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Proactive, can-do attitude
