HR Service Delivery Generalist I, Central Europe

Danaher seeks an HR Service Delivery Generalist I to independently manage and resolve HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle in Central Europe. The role involves case management, policy interpretation, and contributing to process improvements while supporting standardized service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries across employee lifecycle
• Interpret HR policies and processes, determine appropriate resolutions, and escalate as needed
• Ensure effective end-to-end case management, prioritization, and timely service delivery
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with HR Specialists and People Partners on complex cases while maintaining documentation

Requirements

• Ability to independently manage HR cases and apply judgment within defined policies
• Proficiency in HR systems, case management tools, and workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• 2–4 years of HR experience or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments
