HR System Analyst - Intern

In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for the smooth execution of the Internal Learning and Touchpoint processes within Volvo Group employees which is based on high‑quality dialogues between people that build engagement and improve both team and individual performance and help them with their development. For those processes we use, support and configure a cloud‑based online platform, in keeping with business requirements in different countries, as well as provide tool technical support for end users (HR Business Partners, Managers and employees).

We work as administrators of HR software as well as the administration of personnel data for our colleagues globally.

What you will do

• Your main mission will be to support global processes within the team, ensuring consistency and effective execution across regions.
• Act as first‑line support to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service delivery in cooperation with multiple stakeholders across different locations.
• Monitor process performance, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between international stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and evolving business needs.
• As part of a global team, you will have the opportunity to: learn and support processes related to Internal Learning and Touchpoints and collaborate with a Swedish bank within the corporate card management process.
