The Middle Office Static Data Analyst is a position responsible for providing operational support to Middle Office internal and external clients, with providing system setups of trades in the Company's Systems. It includes Fund Launches, creating and monitoring SSI and BDI setups, creating internal and external reports. This position’s responsibilities involve multiple parties’ communication (via phone, email or personally) to investigate incoming queries and to monitor trade execution.

Middle Office Trade Processing is processing Capital Markets transactions - placing orders, confirming, and settling trades, processing Voluntary Corporate Actions. The scope of instruments we cover include Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, Collective Investments like Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds. We cooperate with Brokers, Custodian Banks, and Transfer Agents from all over the world on global markets (North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia).

Your responsibilities

• Provide an operational support to MO Clients by Creating and maintaining Static Data for their funds, counterparties etc. in order to assure a smooth settlement of the trades.
• Prepare parametrization of the daily and weekly/monthly reports
• Cooperate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders like: Brokers, Custodian, Accounting Teams etc.
• Perform control functions such as daily trade monitoring, reconciliations across systems and failed trades management
• Reply to complex Client’s queries and perform analysis of any discrepancies
• Operational risk awareness and ensuring process is compliant with regulations. to minimize processing risk. Ability to identify risk gaps in end-to-end process
• Participate in projects/changes/implementations on team level
• Assist Team Manager/Supervisor in all their duties as required

Employer requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Outlook, Excel, and SQL
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in financial markets
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related
• Willingness to work in the capital markets and determination to learn
