THE ROLE

As a Rental Branch Supervisor, you will be the on-site leader of your depot, responsible for the day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role where you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, fleet readiness, and customer satisfaction in your city. You will report to the District Manager and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily depot operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and fleet preparation;
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and escalate technical issues when needed;
• Coordinate tasks and priorities across a small team;
• Track KPIs and ensure accurate system updates;
• Promote ancillary products to enhance the customer experience.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment;
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting;
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods;
• Valid driving licence (Category B);
• Fluent in English; Polish is a plus.

Minimum salary range : 6,684.35 PLN gross/month
