Export Manager

Your responsibilities

• Establishing and developing long-term business relationships with new clients.

• Active sales of the company’s products – fresh and frozen fish.

• Gathering market intelligence and analyzing competitors’ activities.

• Executing sales tasks across Poland – work conducted nationwide (office locations: Gdańsk and Słupsk).

• Ensuring a positive image of the company in all business interactions.

• Willingness to undertake international business trips.

Our requirements

• Proven managerial experience in the fishing industry, particularly in the sale of Atlantic salmon, antipasti or ready-made meals – a necessary requirement.

• Ability to build long-term sales relationships and consistently develop business.

• Confidence and effectiveness in solving day-to-day operational challenges.

• Strong self-management skills, including planning and organizing one’s own work.

• High availability, strong communication skills, and commitment to achieving goals.

• Creativity and initiative in daily activities.

• Category B driving licence.

• Good command of English – mandatory requirement.
