About the project

We are looking for an experienced Engineer passionate about AWS environments to join our Global Cloud Services team. You will support multiple project teams in adopting Cloud services as part of a Cloud First strategy, building scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based solutions.

You will join a team of highly skilled engineers and architects who promote Cloud adoption, focus on automation, and deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure and application solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Lead major incident investigations and provide support in a global environment.
• Engage with application teams to deploy workloads to AWS securely and efficiently.
• Automate solutions using Python; develop Terraform modules when required.
• Enhance and implement security controls and compliance dashboards.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance using Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Deliver solutions that embody “You build it, you own it, you support it” principles across the full lifecycle.

Our requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in AWS services and automation.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, tools including Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Practical understanding of DevOps principles and Agile working methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.

Optional

• Terraform experience for Infrastructure as Code deployments.
• Background in non-functional testing, risk management practices, and compliance.
• Familiarity with regulated industries or financial environments.
