Industrial Project Manager

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/OT manufacturing projects (MES, SCADA, IIoT, ERP-production integration, automation or similar).
- Experience delivering projects in live manufacturing environments , preferably across multiple plants or internationally.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes: production orders, recipes, OEE, maintenance, quality and genealogy .
- Basic understanding of PLC/SCADA, OPC UA/MQTT, MES, ERP/SAP and data platforms .
- Experience with Fixed Price projects and Change Requests .
- Ability to handle difficult client discussions regarding scope, deadlines and costs while maintaining a good relationship.
- Proven experience in developing and expanding client cooperation .
- Very good English .
- Willingness to travel to client production sites in Europe, up to 50% .
- Experience with Ignition, ThingWorx, Kepware, Proficy or other MES/IIoT platforms.
- Experience with ML/predictive maintenance projects in manufacturing.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA certification.
- Experience working on the client side in the manufacturing industry .
- Manage projects end-to-end: planning, WBS, schedule, budget, risks and reporting.
- Manage scope in Fixed Price and T&M projects, including Change Requests and their estimation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, developers, automation engineers and data scientists.
- Plan project activities around production schedules, shutdowns, testing on live production lines, FAT/SAT, commissioning and hypercare.
- Ensure project documentation and client approvals are completed.
- Coordinate the transition to support and maintenance (SLA, S&M).
- Build relationships with clients at project, plant and regional/group levels.
- Conduct regular project reviews, clearly communicating progress, risks and dependencies.
- Identify opportunities for further cooperation, such as rollouts, scope extensions, support and new use cases.
- Cooperate with Sales and Presales on follow-up proposals, scope and estimations.
- Ensure delivered projects can become client references.
