Your responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the entire production area
• Proactive cooperation with other company processes and issues: production planning, OTD, scrap ratio, quality, technical requirements
• Responsibility for promoting health and safety in the production area
• Responsibility for shift leaders management and their teams optimal performance
• Supervision over KPIs reporting of production effects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Cooperation with all departments about daily operations and improve the processes
• Ensuring the implementation of production processes in accordance with customer requirements
• Ensuring production continuity with the optimal use of machinery, raw materials and human resources distribution of tasks and taking care of their proper execution by subordinate employees
• Initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, increase flexibility, reduce costs and improve quality indicators

Our requirements

• Graduate (MSc) of Technical University
• Min. 3 years of experience on similar position
• Planning, work organization and task distribution skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing of steel components (machining, welding, assembly)
• Experience in managing medium-sized groups of workers (40 – 80 FTE)
• Ability to read and interpretate technical documentation
• Good to have Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TQM,TPM and JIT principles
• Discipline and punctuality
• Good command in English
