As a Product Architect within Global Planning , you are responsible for the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and evolution of a data & analytics product supporting Global Supply Chain planning. You ensure architectural consistency, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions. This role is key to ensuring Global Planning solutions are scalable, coherent, and future‑ready, while creating real business value across Global Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Maintaining a coherent technical overview across all data products, analytics solutions, and integrations within the Global Planning data domain
• Ensuring consistency of the end‑to‑end solution, aligned with architecture standards and guidelines
• Translate functional requirements into technical features and design choices together with the Product Owner
• Leading technical discussions and design sessions, fostering a collaborative environment where engineers are guided and challenged to deliver quality solutions
• Guiding and coaching product team members throughout the design and delivery process
• Ensuring that product design and implementation meet functional requirements and architectural standards
• Owning architectural decisions across the full product lifecycle, including enhancements, refactoring, and decommissioning where applicable
• Aligning with product, platform, and portfolio architects to ensure coherence across Global Planning solutions
• Designing and governing business‑critical integrations between data products, planning applications, and upstream/downstream systems
• Monitoring emerging technologies and architecture best practices, and assessing their applicability
• Design and maintenance of technical documentation for interfaces, integrations, and new developments
• Supporting stable operation of solutions through sound architectural design and documentation, without direct responsibility for day‑to‑day support
• Acting as the functional stand‑in for the Product Owner when needed, ensuring continuity in backlog refinement and team direction

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Strong experience in data, analytics, integration and application architecture
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technical design
• Product‑oriented mindset with ownership and accountability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and IT
• Experience working in complex, global environments
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues, assess impact, and reach sound conclusions in a complex, multi‑product environment
• Proactive mindset to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across the product landscape without waiting to be asked
• Knowledge of planning systems like BlueYonder, Sunstice, FutureMaster, Infor will be beneficial
• Familiarity with security‑by‑design principles, and access control patterns in cloud data platforms
• Good understanding and experience working with Global Supply Chain business domain
• Expertise/Experience in Databricks, Azure, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Power Apps is a plus
