Remote-First Creator Growth & Development Lead

Ownthespace is looking for a talent scout and creative coach to support emerging creators within the Dear Britain community. This role involves scouting talents on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to help them grow through feedback, encouragement, and community engagement.

The right candidate will need a strong instinct for spotting talent and the ability to give constructive feedback. You will maintain regular relationships with about 30 creators, ensuring they feel supported and energized in their creative journey.

This position offers a remote-first work environment with access to a London office and includes 35 days of annual leave. Travel for team events will be reimbursed.
