Your responsibilities

• participating in M&A transaction projects on both the sell-side and buy-side, particularly in the technology sector, including both services and products,
• participating in fundraising and financing projects (especially for tech companies),
• participating in Corporate Finance projects, including valuations, financial analyses, and strategic advisory,
• preparing transaction documentation, including investor lists, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, and other project materials,
• preparing business valuation analyses,
• building and analysing financial models,
• preparing presentations, proposals, and materials for meetings with potential clients,
• actively participating in meeting with clients, investors, companies, and other advisors,
• identifying potential transaction opportunities and sharing ideas related to business development,
• participating in industry conferences and networking events.

Our requirements

• have a good understanding of M&A, investments, corporate finance, accounting, and financial analysis,
• have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in transaction advisory, Corporate Finance, investment funds, investment banking, or a related field,
• are interested in M&A transactions, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, and business development,
• are fluent in both Polish and English, spoken and written,
• can communicate complex financial and business topics clearly and effectively,
• work well in a team and build relationships easily,
• are independent, engaged, detail-oriented, and well-organised,
• are eager to use new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work, for example, for task automation, information analysis, or content preparation.
