Client Our client is a global travel company running a transformation program to optimize corporate travel operations and modernize its booking, fulfillment, servicing, payment, and back-office processes. Project overview The project focuses on enhancing and evolving a CRM platform within the travel domain. The goal is to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and support integrations across multiple systems. The platform enables efficient operations and data-driven decision-making. Latam/US/Canada (GMT-4) — European candidates need to have an overlap for 3-4 hours with the client Position overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support and improve CRM capabilities within a global travel transformation program. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and product teams to analyze requirements, shape Salesforce-based solutions, and help enhance a platform that supports customer experience, operational efficiency, and system integrations. Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM functionality, system integrations, and data mapping Understand business needs and propose suitable Salesforce-based solutions Configure basic demo flows to establish a common vision with stakeholders Translate business requests into functional solutions and system configurations within Salesforce Act as the first point of contact for enhancement requests and assess their alignment with existing capabilities Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to support backlog prioritization Support cross-system initiatives by identifying dependencies and defining scope across workstreams Document business processes and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency Participate in agile ceremonies, including planning and backlog refinement Use AI-based tools to support documentation, analysis, and workflow improvements Requirements At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce in a Consultant or Business Analyst role Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and support Experience gathering and documenting requirements for CRM systems, including integrations and data mapping Experience translating business needs into Salesforce configurations and improvements Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and product owners Understanding of agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies Strong analytical and communication skills Nice to have Experience in the travel industry Experience working with AI-based tools for CRM analysis or documentation Familiarity with system integrations and data workflows What We Offer: Vacation days: Up to 26 business days per year. 10 illness/special days off per year (fully paid, no medical papers needed) for all contract types Health and life insurance (Luxmed) MyBenefit platform with Multisport option Internal psychological support service English language classes from the first working day Access to external learning platforms: O’Reilly, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and a wide catalog of diverse internal training Flexible workplace: work from the office, from home, or choose a hybrid option Tech Skills Mentoring Program Opportunities to develop as a public speaker, mentor, or technical interviewer Fully paid idle (bench) when not involved in a project Certification reimbursement (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, etc.)
