Responsibilities

• Establishing the supplier short list for the project with the commodity buyers;
• Gathering all key information for complex RFQ and identifying the market constraints, the targets, the time schedule for each activity;
• Negotiates according to the quality, cost and deadline project’s targets;
• Manages purchase request and purchase order related to his project;
• Follows payment schedule to suppliers; Nominating suppliers for the project;
• Participates in project plan definition and follow‑up (lead by the Supply Quality);
• Validates at the beginning of the project provisional budget (hours and cost) in accordance to initial project perimeter and project objectives;

Profile

• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in logistics, purchasing, technical university;
• Minimum of 3 years in purchasing project experience in industrial, manufacturing industry (automotive ideally);
• Technical mindset and background is highly appreciated;
• Experience in negotiations with suppliers, in nominating of suppliers, RFQ creation;
• Willnginess to business trips - depending on the project phase.
