Risk Technology Business Analyst

We are currently looking for Risk Technology Business Analysts to join a multi-person team supporting our investment banking client across EMEA.

Responsibilities

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

• Responding to client queries about their documentation, reviewing client docs, tracking emails and queries
• Ability to write BRDs/User stories.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Target Operating Models & As is/To be
• Data Analysis, Testing & Quality Assurance
• Preparing and updating functional specification documentation
• Ability to see bigger picture and streamline the processes.
• Communication skills and experience working with Business & technology stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong cross functional leadership to aligning process, projects, and people to meet business goals in cross-functional team settings

Qualifications

• Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
• 2+ years experience in a similar role for an investment bank / financial institution
• BA skillset, including business requirement documentations
• Capital Markets knowledge, such as FI, EQ, Comm, FX)
• Murex / DataBricks a plus
• Technically minded, with experience in any of the following - SQL, Python, NoSQL databases, Java, Big Data tools.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
• Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
