CoverGo is hiring a senior QA leader to own and evolve our QA function for an AI-native insurance platform. You will define testing strategy, establish standards, and ensure scalable, automated testing across multiple teams.
You will mentor QA leads and engineers, drive performance reviews, and partner with engineering, product, and analytics to align on quality across the product lifecycle. This role is 100% remote with global teams.
