For our client we are looking for an experienced SharePoint Technical Specialist to join a dynamic IT team responsible for maintaining and developing enterprise collaboration platforms. In this role, you will support business-critical SharePoint environments, participate in modernization initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of innovative workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

Location: Wrocław or Gdańsk

Work Model: 100% office-based

Your responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for complex SharePoint-related incidents and issues
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SharePoint solutions across SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online environments
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects
• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of SharePoint services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective collaboration and document management solutions
• Contribute to automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem

Our requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proven experience in enterprise-level troubleshooting and support
• Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and development
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered solutions, and Modern Workplace technologies

• Microsoft certifications will be considered an advantage
