Your responsibilities

• Active support of our Senior Sales Managers in the aquise phase and in the operative day-to-day business.
• Supporting the Commercial Sales Support Team in the German legal units.
• Preparation of internal support requests and monitoring of timely feedback.
• Configuring offers of modernization and standard machines technically and commercially (Camos Configurator);
• Complete offers with technical data, brochures, check calculation basis etc. and send to customers, SSPs, SSCs;
• Create a customer order with additional information for specialized departments, if required.
• Technical and commercial processing of orders and checking them in accordance with contract law.
• Invoicing planning and payment tracking from customers and partners.
• Electronic archiving of sales documents.
• Cooperation with the service, planning and the shipping department.
• Initiate delivery time determinations, delivery date reservations with APS, transmit to SSM, AM, SSC, SSP and subsequently monitor run-out, escalation if necessary.
• Organization of customer visits to the plant and to reference customers.

Our requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training with at least 3 years of standard training or comparable university degree.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Organized and structured way of working.
• Good communication skills.
• IT and sales affinity.
