Clinical Research Coordinator - Bydgoszcz

IQVIA seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator for a 24-hour-per-week position in Bydgoszcz supporting a clinical trial site. The role involves prescreening, documentation management, patient enrollment coordination, and IRT/IWRS system operations for approximately six months.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescreening and screening tasks, review charts and maintain study documentation
• Support patient screening and enrollment including informed consent and privacy handling
• Manage investigational product accountability and patient compliance tracking
• Operate IRT/IWRS systems for subject randomization and inventory management
• Coordinate lab sample processing, patient scheduling, and study procedure logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent clinical/medical experience
• Minimum 2 years as Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse, or Clinical Research Coordinator
• Experience with lab samples and IRT/IWRS systems
• Solid knowledge of clinical trial protocols, consent procedures, and medical terminology
• Proficient in MS Office applications and strong IT skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational abilities

Compensation: zł83,000–zł154,000 base (annualized)
