Procurement Sourcing Executive with Hungarian

For our client, we are looking for a Procurement Sourcing Executive to support processes and manage digital sourcing tools. If you are fluent in English and Hungarian , possess strong Excel skills, and want to develop your career in strategic procurement, join us!

What we expect from you?

• minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement, including sourcing activities, supplier management and contract negotiation within an international environment
• university degree preferably in Business Administration /Economics / Trade/ Procurement or related fields of study
• project management experience from Procurement perspective
• fluent command of English and Hungarian (C1 or higher)
• strong analytical skills, solid knowledge and experience in using Excel
• ability to analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform strategic sourcing decisions
• customer centric approach accompanied with communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to follow up on projects and deal with business partners of all levels including senior stakeholders
• proactive approach, self-driven and able to work independently in a cross-cultural business environment

What will your tasks involve?

• collaborate with company regions, affiliates and Global Procurement teams to implement category and sourcing strategies
• lead end-to-end supplier selection processes, including competitive bidding
• conduct market analysis, prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate supplier submissions and provide recommendations for supplier selection
• negotiate commercial terms and conditions and draft, review and execute contracts
• build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, risk mitigation and value creation
• perform advanced spend, volume and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making
