ACE development & engineering is a multinational engineering company focused on supporting clients in the development of innovative solutions. To strengthen our engineering teams in Poznań, we are currently looking for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers.
In this role, you will work on a wide range of technical challenges within a dynamic and innovative engineering environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you play a key role in the design and configuration of machines and machine components, under the guidance of a Lead Engineer. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and further developing machines and machine components
- Improving existing products and developing new machines or components
- Translating customer requirements into concrete technical designs within agreed timelines and budgets
- Ensuring high quality standards in all designs
- Preparing technical product documentation for release to production

WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge of mechanical design and technical drawing
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in product or component development
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software (such as Catia, Siemens NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, …)
- Good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn, critical thinking skills and a genuine passion for technology
